Primary Objective: To determine the prevalence of clinically significant fundus findings requiring ophthalmologic follow-up among patients presenting with whiplash injury. Secondary Objectives: To evaluate abnormal fundus findings of any type and to assess chronic pain, memory decline, and mood disturbances at 90 days post-injury (±10 days).

To identify and analyze the etiological factors contributing to emergency department visits in patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia and compare these factors to the general population. Additionally, to monitor the number of ED referrals and hospital stays in FM patients compared to the general population with similar etiologies.
